Description
Operations Engineer Senior (Level
3) for the Operations Engineering team responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous‑improvement across LM Aero.
Lead cross‑functional projects that define, mine, and improve key processes, coordinate schedules, guide project teams, and deliver status briefings to leadership.
- Lead cross‑functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
- Develop and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Guide project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive initiatives to closure.
- Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coach and facilitate continuous‑improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.

Who You AreCollaborative leader with strong analytical and facilitation skills, experienced in Lean Six Sigma and process‑driven environments, able to coach teams, communicate clearly, and drive measurable improvements.
Basic Qualifications- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives through the full project planning and execution lifecycle.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA).
- Experience applying lean principles to manufacturing operations with demonstrated performance improvement.
- Experience leading cross‑functional collaborative efforts.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Simulation Experience.
- Project Management.
Requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Position located at a facility that requires special access.
