Operations Engineer; Level 2

Job Overview

You will be the Operations Engineer (Level
2) for the Process Improvement team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across LM Aero.

• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
• Develop and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Facilitate project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive projects to closure.
• Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and facilitate continuous‑improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.

• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA).

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Simulation Experience
• Project Management

This position is in Fort Worth, TX. The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
