You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr - Level 3 for the Production Engineering Digital Transformation team which is responsible for developing and deploying PLM capabilities that support the PE 1
LMX initiative.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr - Level 3 you will be responsible for creating, testing, and documenting PLM functionality that aligns with Production Engineering requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop PE capabilities in Teamcenter PLM, ensuring software functionality meets current and future program needs.
* Create job guides, training materials, and process documentation specific to PE responsibilities.
* Test developed capabilities across the Integrated Operational Framework (IOF), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate PLM capabilities seamlessly throughout the enterprise ecosystem.
* Support ongoing digital‑transformation and 1
LMX initiatives by aligning PLM tools with evolving production requirements.

A detail‑oriented engineer with strong PLM expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver training and documentation that drives digital transformation.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
* Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance in accordance with business requirements.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering
* Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.
* Demonstrated experience presenting to Senior/Executive Leadership
Desired
Skills:
* Experience working in a Manufacturing engineering environment
* Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other model-based environments.
* Ability to lead collaborative engagements (i.e. workshops, SIAs, etc.) effectively in a virtual, multi-site team environment.
* Experience authoring job guides and training documentation.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
