* You will be the MRB Engineer, Senior Level 3 for the Material Review Board MRB team which is responsible for ensuring aircraft component compliance and quality
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the MRB Engineer, Senior Level 3 you will be responsible for leading material review activities that ensure aircraft component compliance and quality throughout the F‑35 production line
"Your responsibilities will include:"
+ Investigate anomalies, develop technical solutions, and release dispositions for high‑performance aeronautical parts and assemblies
+ Coordinate with cross‑functional groups including Stress/Service Life, Quality Assurance, Planning, Functional Test, Structures, Systems Design, Safety, Materials and Processes
+ Partner with the production floor and customer engineering staff to drive workflow improvements, embed best practices, and manage lessons learned
+ Provide MRB team coverage for off‑shift and weekend support, and travel as needed for training and certification

* MUST BE A U S CITIZEN This position is located at a facility that requires special access The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering field
Experience with CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Unigraphics, or equivalent 3 D Computer Aided Design CAD tool
Experience providing engineering support for aircraft production, modification, or sustainment
** Desired
Skills:

* Experience with CATIA V5 and Team Center
Experience with metallic and composite design and/ or analysis
Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD&T
Prior experience/ role with MR Engineering signature authority
Strong internal and external customer focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
