You will be the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff
- Level 5 for the Reliability Engineering team which is responsible for developing and executing reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs that ensure high performance, dependable systems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff
- Level 5 you will be responsible for driving reliability excellence across the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs to ensure high‑performance, dependable systems.
• Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize asset availability.
• Identify and implement surveillance and testability methods, including condition monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance solutions.
• Establish system‑engineering principles for reliability, supportability, and maintainability across all life‑cycle phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed reliability practices into design, production, and de‑commissioning.

-Expertise in tracking critical systems unscheduled maintenance downtime.

-Facilitate Root Cause Analysis events, documenting actions and driving process improvements.

-Experience in direct cost avoidance by intercepting equipment failures prior to occurrence.

-Subject Matter Expert in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance methodologies.
