Overview
You will be the F-35 Mission Data Manager for the F-35 Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) Design Team, responsible for delivering mission‑data solutions across the F‑35 platform.
Responsibilities- Defining and documenting engineering requirements and writing detailed specifications.
- Coordinating with Principal Engineers, government reprogramming laboratories, and key stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining Mission Data Files (MDF) for laboratory and production use.
- Overseeing sustainment, production, and modernization tasks for the CRT design effort.
- Providing technical leadership and cost‑management guidance to the Integrated Product Team.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance at the start of employment. This position is in Fort Worth, TX.
Basic Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related STEM discipline.
- Technical leadership or leading experience.
- Experience working in a Mission Programming/Planning Environment.
- Experience with the operations of radio frequency (RF) systems (EW or Radar).
- Laboratory and/or Flight Test experience of Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS), Radar Systems, or Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) Systems.
- Familiarity with JSF avionics suite or systems engineering processes.
- JSF program clearance.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience designing, programming, and testing mission data.
- Experience in data analysis of Combat Integrated Mission System.
- Experience with Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR).
- Hands‑on lab testing of RF systems.
- Experience with Foreign Military Exploitations (FME).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and database applications.
