Systems Engineer

You will be the Systems Engineer for the Vehicle Systems Engineering team which is responsible for delivering reliable, high‑performance aircraft to production.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues on aircraft in production.
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for production and fleet issues.
• Coordinate and lead test events on production aircraft to support development activities.
• Update and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, ensuring compliance with drafting standards and configuration management.
• Develop and manage MBSE models (SysML) and maintain requirements traceability using tools such as IBM DOORS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related STEM discipline.
• Experience in 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., CATIA, NX, Solid Works, Teamcenter Vis Mockup).
• Knowledge of F‑35 Vehicle Systems (EPS, PTMS, HUA, FCS, etc.).
• Familiarity with a production and/or flightline environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience using F‑35 Product Data Manager (PDM) and F‑35 Joint Electrical Design and Installation (JEDI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
• Self‑starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Must be a U.S. citizen. This position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance at the start.

Location:

Fort Worth, TX (Onsite Full‑time).

Work schedule:

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
