Join Our IFG EW IPT Team. Become a vital member of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Electronic Warfare (EW) Integrated Product Team (IPT) and help keep the nation's premier fighter aircraft at the cutting edge of capability. What You Will Be Doing Drive EW capability upgrades - evaluate, integrate, and field advanced electronic warfare technologies to maintain air dominance. Perform system analysis and testing - conduct functional and performance testing, analyze results, and recommend enhancements.

Collaborate across disciplines - work closely with cross functional Integrated Product Teams to ensure seamless EW integration. Support operational readiness - provide technical expertise to pilots and maintainers, troubleshoot issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain documentation and compliance - generate technical reports, update interface data, and ensure adherence to applicable standards and security protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active final secret clearance
• Experience leading small technical teams across product lifecycle
• Experience in leading or presenting at technical reviews and boards
• Technical writing experience (SSOWs, BOEs, ICD, PRD/PIPS, etc.)
• Experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and/or microwave simulation tools
• STEM degree in an applicable field from an accredited school with 3+ years' experience Desired

Skills:

• Experience reviewing supplier/factory data results to show compliance to RF engineering requirements
• Prior experience with RF Sensor or Active Module/Subsystems full lifecycle
• 5th GEN IPT experience (engineering and/or military avionics experience) Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
