Senior Electrical Engineer | MEP Consulting | Leadership Opportunity
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to lead impactful projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers?
We're partnering with a well-established MEP consulting engineering firm with nearly 40 years of success designing innovative building systems for projects across the United States. Their portfolio includes healthcare, higher education, K-12, aviation, municipal, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical/data center facilities.
What You'll Do:- Lead electrical design projects from concept through construction
- Design power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, generator/UPS, and low-voltage systems
- Prepare calculations, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Work directly with clients while managing multiple projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of MEP consulting experience
- Proficiency with Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Experience leading projects and mentoring engineering teams
Experience with healthcare, education, aviation, municipal, industrial, or data center projects is highly valued, along with familiarity with SKM, Visual Lighting, COMcheck, or similar design software.
