Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer‑Level 2 for the E3 team responsible for ensuring electromagnetic compatibility and performance of advanced aeronautic systems.
What You Will Be DoingAs the E3 Engineer‑Level 2 you will lead requirements development, integration, and verification testing of electromagnetic systems across flight‑test platforms.
Responsibilities- Develop, track, and verify system requirements tied to EMC and E3 performance.
- Plan and execute platform‑level EMC testing, including test procedure design and flight‑test modification oversight.
- Perform RF and antenna analysis, COSITE assessments, and radome performance evaluations.
- Coordinate EMRADHAZ mitigation and support wiring, cabling, and power‑system integration.

Who You AreAnalytical engineer with deep expertise in electromagnetic systems, RF analysis, and flight‑test integration. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills to partner with program teams, customers, and test operators.
Basic QualificationsSTEM degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
Desired Skills- Experience/knowledge in electrical circuit analysis and EMI.
- Understanding of electromagnetic interference and wave theory (Maxwell’s Laws).
- Experience with electrical grounding concepts for circuit designs and antennas.
- Familiarity with standard test equipment:
Spectrum Analyzer, volt/ohm meter, oscilloscope, Network Analyzer. - Basic understanding of RF propagation and principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Position requires a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
