The Project IE is responsible for planning and executing layout changes, capacity assessments, and strategic projects to support production scalability and efficiency. This role manages plant construction planning, capacity reporting, and digital transformation initiatives, while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and global project standards.

• 1. Plan and track layout setup based on product requirements.
• 2. Coordinate and monitor progress for new plant construction and build-up activities.

• 1. Lead internal and customer capacity meetings.
• 2. Prepare and deliver internal/customer capacity assessment reports.

• 1. Implement AI Digital Transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• 2. Support parallel implementation of overseas projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards.

Education: Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience: 2–5 years in project engineering, layout planning, and capacity management.

• Time and motion study
• Other digital tools (MES, ERP, BI dashboards) are a plus
