Job Description You will be the Project Engineer Stf - E4 for the team which is responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineer Stf - E4 you will be responsible for coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects while ensuring design compliance with standards and contract requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.

* Develop, modify, and maintain Quality of Design Evaluation methods, control systems, and protocols.

* Data-mine design-process feedback, perform Pareto analysis, and isolate recurring design problems.

* Update training documentation and deliver regular team and individual training to eliminate repetitive issues.

* Develop and maintain Quality of Design metrics to track continuous improvement. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.
* Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
* Experience with Engineering Desing Process and Procedures Desired Skills
* Experience working IFG or similar programs. Knowledge of aircraft design, assembly, and product support.
