51905 HROC LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset performance, uptime, and safety across our operations. In this role, you will analyze equipment failure data, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. You will build and maintain reliability models, define critical spare-part requirements, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions.
The Reliability Engineer will also create standards, procedures, and KPIs, train plant personnel in reliability best practices, and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize lifecycle cost and equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify reliability issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Build and maintain reliability models, KPIs, and reports
- Define critical spare parts and asset care standards
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams on solutions
- Lead reliability-focused continuous improvement projects
- Develop and document reliability standards, procedures, and best practices
- Train plant personnel on reliability tools and methods
- Support capital projects with reliability and lifecycle cost input
