Job Description *
* You will be the Operations Engineer Senior Staff - Level 5 for the Operations Team which is responsible for driving cross‑functional improvement initiatives across the organization.
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Operations Engineer Senior Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for creating comprehensive project charters, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous‑improvement methodologies, and leading end‑to‑end initiatives that elevate safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Facilitate Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, root‑cause analysis, and process‑mapping workshops to uncover improvement opportunities.
+ Analyze operational and financial data to detect trends, variation, capacity constraints, and waste; develop dashboards and KPI reports.
+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications while validating savings and productivity gains with Finance.
+ Establish baseline performance, set measurable targets, and define key performance indicators for each initiative.
+ Collaborate with operational leaders, frontline staff, engineering, quality, supply chain, IT, HR, and other functions to support stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness assessments.

Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
+ Minimum of eight years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.
+ Experience leading cross-functional projects or process-improvement initiatives.
+ Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.
+ Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.
** Desired Skills*
* + Master's degree in engineering, operations management,or a related discipline.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project-management credential.
+ Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
+ Ability to influence individuals at different organizational levels without direct authority.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher;
Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
