Job Description *
* You will be a Project Engineer in the F-35 Line of Business Engineering (LOBe) team within Engineering and Technology (E&T) supporting the Ground Systems Team.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Project Engineer - you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a thorough and detailed understanding of the technical scope, cost, and schedule, collaborating with the Program Management (PM) office, and driving the Domain Excellence (DEx) team performance. You will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to protect program spend and drive value‑focused outcomes.

** Your responsibilities will include:*
* + Understanding and communicating how the technical scope of the contract aligns with the overall program objectives and strategy

+ Effectively communicating technical issues to various levels of management while coordinating resolution in parallel through development of closure plans

+ Identifying cross-contract gaps and providing recommendation of resolution

+ Identifying risks and opportunities and drive the closure plans through technical leadership

+ CAM (Control Account Management) of team's scope.

+ Performing EV analysis at the contract level and understand impacts to overall engineering

+ Coordinate with Data Management and technical teams to manage and track CDRL (Contract Deliverable Requirements List) deliveries

+ CR (Change Request) coordination - Define need dates, monitor/track status, help push for concurrence as needed, assist with priority calls

+ Track all software and hardware deliveries to support updates and operations of each Reprogramming Lab

** Basic Qualifications*
* - Minimum 5 years professional experience in a related discipline

- BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience

- Project Engineering / Project Management / Technical experience

- EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and/ or CAM (Control Account Management) experience

** Desired Skills*
* - Experience in Reprogramming Lab development life cycles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent presentation skills

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
