As the Automotive Service Technician, you are the lifeline of our business, and we make sure you receive the best tools, resources, and training to continue advancing in your career. You bring a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, a commitment to fixing it right the first time, and the desire to provide an exceptional client experience. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with teammates, and bring an eagerness to learn, grow, and win.

As a Valet, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional client experience by providing efficient and professional parking services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival.

Your role is to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere while maintaining a high standard of service.

As a Valet with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:

• Greet clients and escort them to the appropriate associates for assistance
• Park cars in designated areas and retrieve cars as needed, observing safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Alert Manager to any damage to clients' or Company vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive and parking areas, and make sure they are clear of debris
• Drive clients to requested destinations as needed
• Help with car wash as needed
• Maintain vehicle keys according to departmental safeguard procedures
• Actively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership
• Follow dealership procedures to ensure excellent client satisfaction
• Readily assist other associates to ensure the full functioning of the dealership
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to operate motor vehicles, have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time
• This job requires people skills and a genuine desire to serve the client
• A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position
