Position: Bilingual Property Manager (Full-Time) English/Spanish speaking

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain property, including customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop customer relationships, identify self‑storage needs, and provide solutions.
  • Interact face‑to‑face with customers, deliver WOW! or 5‑Star service.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
  • Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
  • Rent out self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing process.
  • Accept payments utilizing POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls for late payments.
  • Manage invoice review and approval, process invoices, manage reports and legal auctions.
  • Oversee store expense budget and maintain supplies and retail inventory.
  • Physical requirements:

    daily walks of property, cleaning units, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs.), mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, cleaning out units.
  • Maintain facility safety and cleanliness, ensuring restrooms, landscaping, parking, fence, walls, doors meet company guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for workday.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, balance on a ladder frequently.
  • Some locations may require Sunday hours.
