Job Description # Game Day Operations Intern and Fan Ambassador  Fort Worth Vaqueros & Vaqueras    
** Position Overview
** The Game Day Operations Intern serves as a highly visible representative of the Fort Worth Vaqueros and Vaqueras on Game Day This role supports game day operations for all 10 of our 2026 home Vaqueros and Vaqueras matches.

This individual embodies the spirit of the Vaqueros and Vaqueras—someone who proudly represents the club, builds authentic relationships with fans, and supports the game day experience for fans and operations for the club.

You will gain experience in a myriad of Game Day Operations. Experience in ticketing, production and media, on field experiences, merchandise and concessions and more.
** Key Responsibilities
** Ticketing  
* Provide ticketing support for fans
* Sell tickets
* Scan tickets
* Be the first friendly face when fans enter the stadium
** Operations
* ** Support all game day operations
* Make sure the run of show is managed
* Greet and interact with all fans
* Create a memorable fan experience
** Merchandise
* ** Setup and break down merchandise booth
* Retail experience a plus, to sell merchandise and provide fans the items they need
* Share excitement about current merchandise
** Concessions
* ** Support our catering company with concessions on Game day
** Fan Engagement
*** Interact with fans and supporters to create memorable experiences and build loyalty to the club.
* Share information about upcoming matches, programs, and initiatives with fans.
* Capture fan leads and help grow the club’s supporter database.
** Event & Matchday Support
*** Assist with fan activations at home matches including promotions, giveaways, and sponsor activations.
* Support grassroots marketing initiatives including youth club outreach, school visits, and watch parties.
* Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all fans attending events.
** Team Collaboration
*** Work closely with front office and intern team
** Qualifications
* ** Passion for soccer and the mission of the Fort Worth Vaqueros and Vaqueras.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Outgoing personality and comfort interacting with large groups of people.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
* Reliable transportation to attend community events across the Fort Worth area.
* Experience in sports, events, marketing, or community outreach is preferred but not required.

*** Energetic and enthusiastic about building soccer culture in Fort Worth.
* Comfortable speaking with strangers and engaging crowds.
* Organized and reliable when representing the club publicly.

While this is a volunteer-based role, you will receive Vaqueros branded gear and Game Day Operations experience
