About the Project
Art Werks Entertainment is seeking an experienced Line Producer for the live‑action/CGI hybrid feature film Rikki‑Tikki‑Tavi™, inspired by Rudyard Kipling’s beloved classic. The production combines live‑action performances, virtual production, photoreal CGI animal characters, and large‑scale visual effects to bring the story to modern audiences.
The production is currently in active development and packaging, with established industry partners across visual effects, virtual production, post‑production, and executive producer services.
The project is Texas‑based and aims to deliver an entertaining family‑adventure feature that will be distributed globally.

- Collaborate with the Producer, Director, and Executive Producers to oversee production planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain production schedules.
- Assist in budget management and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with department heads and key vendors.
- Oversee production logistics from pre‑production through delivery.
- Manage staffing and crew planning.
- Monitor project milestones and identify production risks.
- Coordinate workflows between live‑action production, post‑production, visual effects, and virtual production teams.
- Support investor, financing, and production reporting requirements.
- Previous Line Producer experience on feature films, television, animation, VFX‑heavy productions, or virtual production projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote workflows.
- Familiarity with Shot Grid, Frame.io, Movie Magic Scheduling, Movie Magic Budgeting, or comparable tools.
- Experience managing productions involving visual effects and/or animation pipelines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
