About the Project

Art Werks Entertainment is seeking an experienced Unit Production Manager (UPM) for Rikki-Tikki-Tavi™, an ambitious live‑action/CGI hybrid feature film currently moving through development and production planning. This role will support physical production operations and help coordinate the logistical execution of the project.

Experience / Skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day‑to‑day production planning and management.
  • Support scheduling and operational planning for principal photography.
  • Coordinate crew hiring and onboarding.
  • Manage production paperwork and reporting.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and facility communications.
  • Support location, studio, and production logistics.
  • Track production expenditures and assist with cost reporting.
  • Coordinate communication between departments during pre‑production and principal photography.
  • Ensure production activities remain aligned with approved schedules and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous UPM, Production Manager, or Assistant UPM experience.
  • Experience with feature film, television, commercial, or virtual production environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with production budgeting and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of Texas production environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
