What This Role Will Do

  • Performs the load‑in and load‑out of band equipment and rental equipment cabling; assists audio and lighting crew as directed.
  • Band set changes.
  • Ensures that members of the band have required items needed to perform the show.
  • Communicates the details of the evening’s event to the production crew.
  • Hangs show banners, updates marquees and other signage in the venue.
  • Assists lighting and audio crew as directed by the stage manager or project manager; operates spotlight if required.
  • Maintains and repairs sound, light, and stage equipment.
  • Maintains and secures the house back‑line and supplies.
  • Maintains curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items.
  • Assists audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
  • Assists lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels, cabling, etc.
  • Operates and cares for stage areas in a safe, clean manner.
  • Assists with any special events operations.
  • Ensures stage trash is taken out; stages are swept or set up for the next show when possible.
What This Person Will Bring
  • 3 years minimum experience in tour and stage production.
  • Experience with stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
  • Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • High‑school diploma (preferred: college degree).
  • Physical strength to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
