Stage Manager

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.

• Communicate details of the evening’s event to the production crew and all relevant in‑house departments.
• Secure required passes and tickets, and prepare guest lists.
• Manage members of the production crew and greenroom staff.
• Ensure that band members have the items needed to perform.
• Supervise the load‑in and load‑out of band equipment and rental equipment.
• Document disciplinary issues of the production crew and report actions to the Production Manager.
• Enforce all in‑house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol.

• Required: 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
• Required: Experience in stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems.
• Required: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Required: Ability to make clear, concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.
• Required: Computer‑literacy in Windows applications.
• Required: Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred: College degree.
• Physical Demands/Working Environment:
  Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
