Salary: $17.50 per hour

Join our team at Clean Express Auto Wash as a Team Leader. This role is responsible for supporting the site’s facility & operations, delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

• Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales growth, and upholding stringent quality standards.
• Greet customers with long-lasting first impressions and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage customers pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Lead the team in achieving and sustaining high-quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Professional appearance and adherence to appearance guidelines.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lbs.
