As a Valet, your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional client experience by providing efficient and professional parking services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. Your role is to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Greet clients and escort them to the appropriate associates for assistance
• Park cars in designated areas and retrieve cars as needed, observing safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Alert Manager to any damage to clients’ or company vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive and parking areas, and ensure they are clear of debris
• Drive clients to requested destinations as needed
• Assist with car wash as needed
• Maintain vehicle keys according to department safeguard procedures
• Foster effective working relationships with colleagues and departments
• Follow dealership procedures to ensure excellent client satisfaction
• Assist other associates to support dealership operations
• Other duties as assigned

• Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance
• Proven sales experience required; luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
