Chef Tim Love is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Private Event Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX! In this exciting role, you’ll be the creative force and organizational backbone behind unforgettable private events. • Plan, coordinate, and execute private events from concept to completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire event planning process
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and event logistics
• Oversee on-site event operations, staff, and setup to ensure seamless execution
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with client expectations
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to drive continuous improvement and revenue

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, event management, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Experience with vendor coordination, budgeting, and contract management
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events often require
• Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

We offer a competitive base salary plus preformance based commission.
