Pay: $25/hr plus event tips
Schedule: Event-based and varies weekly; consistent weekday availability is required, along with evening and weekend availability
Travel: Out-of-town travel opportunities are available but not required
ABOUT THE POSITIONWild Knox is hiring a confident, dependable Part-Time Style Lead to run assigned events and guide the on-site team.
This person should enjoy working directly with guests, communicate clearly, and remain organized and positive when the pace becomes busy.
Our events are fast-paced, high-energy, and can sometimes be high-pressure. Our team is close-knit and supportive, and they genuinely enjoy working together. Although the work can be demanding, our events are also exciting, fun, and rewarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead assigned events from setup through breakdown
- Serve as the primary on-site contact when assigned to lead
- Guide Stylist Assistants and keep the team organized and on schedule
- Provide a polished, personal experience for event guests
- Oversee product organization, restocking, styling, and personalization
- Complete accurate opening and closing inventory counts
- Maintain event documentation and sales records
- Communicate client questions, inventory concerns, and post-event information to management
- Consistent, dependable weekday availability
- Availability for evening and weekend events
- Leadership or customer-facing experience in events, hospitality, retail, or a similar environment is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and basic math skills
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move event supplies and boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
