Job Summary

As an Insurance Servicing Specialist in Insurance Services, you manage and review flood and non-flood insurance policies, lead outreach campaigns, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver outstanding service and drive process improvements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of flood and non-flood insurance policies for compliance
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage and educate agents
  • Manage loan inquiry mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Address requests from internal and external parties with clear communication
  • Review and manage exception reports, implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve exceptions promptly
  • Work with internal teams to ensure process consistency
  • Maintain effective communication with external parties
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Perform quality control of internal processes. Support regulatory reporting activities
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in insurance servicing, especially flood insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Inquisitive mindset with a drive to understand details
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)
  • Familiarity with GSE (FNMA & FHLMC) insurance guidelines and regulations
  • General commercial insurance industry knowledge
