Interim Controller

We are partnering with a global industrial/manufacturing organization to engage an experienced Interim Controller to support North America accounting operations during a period of transformation.

This is a hands‑on consulting role for a Controller who can step in quickly, own the close, strengthen controls, and operate effectively within a global SAP environment
.

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial governance standards
• Oversee intercompany accounting
  , balance sheet integrity, and working capital activities
• Partner with shared services, treasury, and global finance teams
• Support payroll accounting, expense oversight, and indirect tax (VAT) processes
• Maintain a strong controls and audit‑ready environment
• Provide leadership and stability to a geographically dispersed accounting team
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement during change

• Strong SAP ERP experience (S/4
  
  HANA preferred)
• Experience operating in a global or multinational environment
• Solid understanding of IFRS and corporate accounting standards
• Hands‑on, operational mindset — comfortable owning execution
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, not required
• Interim / consulting role
• Immediate or near‑term start
• Duration dependent on business needs and project milestones but predicted for minimum of six months.
