Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Arlington/East Fort Worth/Colleyville area, near the South Entrance of DFW Airport; 100% onsite)

Duration: 3 month contract with potential to extend

Pay: $20 per hour (W-2) with benefits

Interview Process: 2 rounds: first phone screen, second onsite (if needed)

The Member Services Representative, Mortgage Processing, will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to members in relation to mortgage processing. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for members throughout the mortgage process.

• Assist members with mortgage-related inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Process mortgage applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient mortgage processing.
• Maintain detailed records of member interactions and transactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or mortgage processing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Pay Range: $20/hr W2. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
