Senior Financial Analyst

The Bolton Group is partnering with a large, highly respected Fortune 500 organization in the transportation/logistics space that’s looking to add a Financial / Senior Financial Analyst to its Finance team.

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $90K – $110K base + bonus

This is a Manager-titled role that is truly analyst-level in scope, ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants to own a P&L, lead the budgeting and forecasting process, and partner closely with operations. If you understand the budgeting cycle and want real ownership and visibility, this is a great opportunity.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and planning for business units supporting transportation operations
• Lead weekly and monthly budget reviews with operational partners
• Develop models, processes, and reports to monitor and forecast expenses
• Perform accruals, variance analysis, and metric reporting
• Analyze complex operational and financial data and make actionable recommendations
• Support strategic initiatives, performance measures, and annual planning
• Up to 10% domestic travel

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a comparable industry
• At least 1 year of budgeting/forecasting experience
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Advanced Excel (SQL a plus)
• Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and corporate income statements
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence stakeholders
