Crescent is currently seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers significant ownership and visibility within a growing investment platform and works closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and external service providers. You will play a key role in maintaining best-in‑class financial reporting while supporting complex capital activity, investor reporting, and audit processes across multiple institutional real estate funds and joint ventures.

- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple real estate investment funds and joint ventures.
- Prepare and review fund-level financial statements in accordance with GAAP and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with third-party fund administrators to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Partner with Treasury to produce capital call notices, distribution calculations, and support capital transactions, allocations, and waterfall mechanics.
- Collaborate with accounting, asset management, treasury, and investor relations to produce quarterly investor reporting packages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for annual fund audits, including preparation of financial statements, audit support schedules, and technical accounting documentation.
- Support quarterly valuation processes by coordinating valuation inputs and related reporting.
- Perform financial analysis and special projects for senior leadership.
- Oversee and review work performed by third-party fund administrators to ensure quality and consistency.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- An active CPA license in good standing.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience, ideally including Big 4 public accounting or institutional real estate fund accounting experience.
- Experience with complex real estate fund structures, joint ventures, and investor reporting.
- Strong technical accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex reporting processes and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external auditors, and service providers with a high degree of professionalism.
- Be detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the broader business picture.
