Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000, target income $300,000
Status:
Full time, 40 plus hours per week

- Conversion of company provided leads and self-generated referrals into clients using our proven sales process
- Onboarding new clients and overseeing asset transfers before transitioning relationships to the servicing team
- Primary focus on client conversion and onboarding activities
- Manage the financial planning process from start to finish utilizing eMoney Advisor and other planning tools
- Guide the paraplanner team in plan preparation, portfolio design, and customized recommendations
- Present financial and investment recommendations to clients
- Conduct research related to assigned cases and participate in daily trading coordination and task review
- Ensure compliance documentation and notation standards are met
- Assist in development of marketing materials and other firm initiatives
- Minimum five years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
- Verifiable history of new client conversion and onboarding success
- Certified Financial Planner designation required
- Life and Health Insurance license required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, economic and accounting principles, investments, insurance products, and financial planning regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Redtail CRM, Morningstar, eMoney, and Veo One
- Professional consultative sales approach with strong organization, time management, and public speaking abilities
- Ability to present complex financial concepts in clear, understandable language
