Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base salary plus revenue bonus

- Service an established client base only with no new client acquisition requirements
- Serve as the designated servicing advisor, meeting annually with shared clients alongside the lead advisor
- Meet with new clients to support the lead advisor in delivering financial planning services
- Conduct investment update and financial planning review meetings with existing clients
- Manage the financial planning process from start to finish using eMoney Advisor and other planning tools
- Prepare financial plans, customized recommendations, and investment proposals
- Present strategies and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients
- Conduct case specific research and coordinate daily trading activities and task reviews
- Ensure compliance documentation standards are met
- Assist with marketing materials, webinars, seminars, weekly trackers, and policy updates
- Minimum three years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
- Certified Financial Planner designation preferred
- Series 65 license required if CFP designation is not held
- Life and Health Insurance license required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, economic and accounting principles, investments, insurance products, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Redtail CRM, Morningstar, eMoney, Nitrogen, and Pershing 360
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to present complex topics in clear, understandable language
