The Managing Director, Division Finance oversees all aspects of the division operating and headcount planning process and coordinates budget and financial results with Corporate Finance, Division Senior Management, and Corporate Accounting to ensure compliance with corporate financial guidelines, policies, and procedures.

- Oversees financial planning and budgeting for the organization
- Coordinates and prepares annual operating and headcount budgets
- Coordinates with the division and Corporate Finance regarding various cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives; monitors and reports monthly spending performance
- Assists division management in the preparation and analysis of headcount, capital, and operating expense requests
- Collaborates with external and internal customers on invoice issues

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/training;
Advanced Degree (MBA) or Advanced Certification (CPA) preferred - 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing cross-departmental team
- 10 years of experience with financial processes and systems
- Prior experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, cost analysis, and developing & reporting performance metrics

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle complex topics comfortably and to interact effectively with all levels, both verbally and written
- Proven ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to be flexible in rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect managers and teams toward new objectives; ability to embrace ambiguity and enable clarity
- Proficiency in financial software, project management and BI tools including the Microsoft Office Suite, Hyperion, Alteryx, and SAP
