is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) International Controller. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing our non-USA financial and accounting operations. You will ensure compliance with both USA and international standards (GAAP/IFRS), oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls across multiple countries. You will act as a key liaison between local finance and accounting teams and senior management, providing strategic financial guidance and risk management.

• Financial Oversight

  You will manage accounting, ledgers, and reporting systems for international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis
  :
  You will prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually), providing insights to senior management.
• Compliance & Controls
  :
  You will develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures across countries, adhering to global standards (GAAP, IFRS, SOX).
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  :
  You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for international operations.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
  :
  You will work with local finance teams, external auditors, and senior leadership; potentially manage international accounting staff.
• Strategic Guidance
  :
  You will advise management on financial risks, regulatory changes, and opportunities to support business growth.
• Audit Management
  :
  You will direct and manage internal and external audits for international operations.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/International Accounting Standards.
• Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required, and a CPA a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to travel as needed (15%)
