Pricing/Proposal Analyst Lead (Level
4) – part of the ADP Pricing and Estimating Organization. The role acts as the pricing lead on proposals, compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements for development proposals in compliance with Request For Proposal (RFP) requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating the collection and integration of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments, shaping and maturing business‑case analyses and cost methods resulting in a comprehensive bid/price strategy, participating in should‑cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives, and serving as a member of the contract‑negotiating team interacting with DCAA and other audit agencies.
The position also initiates process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within pricing and estimating functions and may provide day‑to‑day direction and guidance to less senior Proposal Analysts.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited school.
- Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems such as APTS, PROPRICER, PCTOPS, CPS, or BOE tools.
- Familiarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 proposal requirements.
- Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements.
- Security Clearance.
- Pricing or functional estimating experience.
- Advanced or expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with a large volume of data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Clearance LevelSecret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules; the schedule for this position is 4x10‑hour days with 3 days off per week.
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington D.C. is $90,200 – $159,045. Salary may be adjusted based on final work location. This position is incentive plan eligible.
