Financial Manager, Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst
Description: The Control Account Manager (CAM) will act as the primary interface between program leadership, finance, and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost, schedule, and technical performance measurement across program control accounts. The CAM will drive integrated baseline reviews, forecast updates, and risk mitigation actions, supporting successful delivery of mission critical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Integrated Baseline Management – Develop, maintain, and update control account baselines (cost, schedule, performance) in collaboration with functional leads.
- Cost & Schedule Forecasting – Produce monthly/quarterly cost and schedule forecasts; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) – Apply EVM techniques to assess program health; prepare and present Earned Value reports to senior leadership.
- Risk & Issue Management – Identify cost and/or schedule related risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Serve as the liaison between functional managers, program managers, contract officers and finance to resolve cost schedule discrepancies.
- Process Improvement – Recommend and implement enhancements to cost management processes, tools, and templates.

Skills:
- Thorough understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Experience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
- Experience analyzing, organizing and presenting cost, schedule, and/or technical data to leadership.
- Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Experience with integrated product teams (IPTs) and cross functional collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field or related experience.
- Thorough understanding of Earned Value Management or Cost Accounting.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
