Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving, customer relationships, and driving financial results? We're looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing B2B collections, reducing accounts receivable delinquency, resolving billing issues, and assessing customer creditworthiness—all while helping maintain strong customer partnerships.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and monitor customer account aging
- Research and resolve billing disputes
- Perform account reconciliations and payment investigations
- Coordinate with customers, branches, and sales teams to resolve account issues
- Process adjustments and refund requests
- Support credit hold reviews and credit release decisions
- 3+ years of credit and collections experience
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities
