What You Will Be Doing

As a member of the ADP Pricing and Estimating Organization, you will serve as the pricing lead for proposal efforts, responsible for compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop compliant and competitive proposals in accordance with customer Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. In this role, you will partner with functional organizations across the business to collect, analyze, and integrate proposal inputs while shaping business case analyses and pricing strategies that support organizational objectives.

You will play a key role in developing and maturing cost methodologies, supporting customer engagements, and contributing to contract negotiations. This position also offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the pricing and estimating function while providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced Proposal Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead pricing activities for proposals by compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in response to customer RFP requirements.

* Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments.

* Shape, develop, and mature business case analyses and cost methodologies that support comprehensive bid and pricing strategies.

* Develop pricing approaches that align with business objectives and customer requirements.

* Participate in should-cost reviews and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.

* Support customer interactions related to proposal pricing and estimating activities.

* Serve as a member of contract negotiation teams and support negotiation activities.

* Interface with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other audit agencies as required.

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness within pricing and estimating functions.

* Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and mentorship to less senior Proposal Analysts as needed.

You excel at translating complex cost, schedule, and technical information into comprehensive pricing solutions that support competitive and compliant proposals. Your analytical mindset enables you to evaluate data, develop sound cost methodologies, and contribute to informed business decisions.

You are comfortable working in dynamic, deadline-driven environments and possess the communication skills necessary to support negotiations, pricing reviews, and audit engagements. Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or above from accredited school

* Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems such as, APTS, PROPRICER, PCTOPS, CPS or BOE tool usage

* Familiarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 proposal requirements

* Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements

* Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance

Skills:

* Pricing or functional estimating experience

* Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced or expert level

* High attention to detail and ability to work with a large volume of data

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
