Job Overview
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses and receive dedicated training, then build, manage, and deepen client relationships while delivering core banking and investment solutions. The Academy will support you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 and Series
66 licenses within the required time frames. - Build and manage client relationships and recommend comprehensive advice and strategies.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, fostering trust.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions.
- Follow SAFE Act registration requirements and complete background checks.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services or sales experience.

This position is open for the entire market. The specific financial center location will be based on business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and may begin in a phone‑based capacity until a local center is assigned.
Schedule- Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays.

- Hours per week: 40.
