Material Cost Analyst & Integrator (Level
2)
Join Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works team as a Material Cost Integrator. You will support mission critical Advanced Development Programs (ADP) as part of the Program Finance team, managing material performance, analyzing costs, and providing insights that influence program decisions and business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Apply Program Finance and ERP (SAP, basic level acceptable) skills to understand material requirements and the flow of parts through the ERP system.
- Manage end‑to‑end material costs and Enterprise Value performance for a standalone Skunk Works program.
- Support Program Finance activities: establishing material baselines, re‑baselines, Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC), variance analysis, reconciliation of actual costs, and creation of independent cost estimates.
- Reconcile material commitments and subcontractor costs against the Bill of Materials.
- Support internal and external program audits.
- Identify and correct ERP system discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Basic understanding of material inventory accounting and Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD).
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or Manufacturing Planning processes.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query, VBA/macros).
- Exposure to Deltek tools such as Cobra and Open Plan.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work with raw data, transform it into actionable information, and present findings in written or oral management reports.
Security Clearance: This position requires a Secret clearance; you must be a US Citizen.
