• Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure accurate coding and recording of financial transactions across global entities
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger analysis, identifying variances and recommending adjustments as needed
• Preparing journal entries and supporting the month‑end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and schedule preparation
• Managing the AP/PO cycle: matching invoices, tracking expenses, and coordinating approvals across the organization
• Partnering with senior finance leadership on financial statement preparation, reporting, and compliance deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with audit preparation, including schedule preparation and responding to auditor requests

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background a plus
• CPA candidate preferred
• Exposure to multinational/multi‑currency environments strongly preferred
• Solid GAAP knowledge and Net Suite proficiency
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines in a high‑growth environment
