As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join a business-focused finance team that partners closely with operations, sales, plant leadership, and group-level finance.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible environment where financial insights directly support performance, planning, and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll DoAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, pricing analysis, and strategic financial decision-making across the  this role, you will:

Support the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning processes

Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to financial and operational performance

Partner with plant and operations leadership to explain performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Perform pricing and margin analysis, including customer, product, and volume-based evaluations

Prepare clear financial analysis, dashboards, and reporting for leadership review

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Group-level finance partners to support business initiatives and strategic projects

Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis, journal entries, and management reporting

Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting

What You’ll Need The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and comfortable translating financial data into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and explain results clearly

Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BIExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferredQAD experience is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
