Fort Worth, TX - hybrid, 3 days onsite/week
5-10% annual travel to sites across NY, CO, and TX
Compensation: $135-155K + 10-15% Bonus
Day-to-Day- Lead all plant financial activities, including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of plant financial statements in accordance with company policies and GAAP.
- Analyze production performance, COGS, labor, material usage, and overhead costs to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Own standard cost development, annual cost roll, BOM validation, and cost model accuracy.
- Manage inventory accounting, cycle counts, physical inventories, and related reconciliations.
- Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Plant Manager and operations leadership.
- Provide financial guidance on capital projects, ROI analysis, productivity initiatives, and labor planning.
- Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost-reduction efforts through data-driven insights.

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range for the role is $135-155K, with an additional 10-15% discretionary bonus and eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
