Job Overview
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will obtain your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within the first 120 days of employment. Once licensed, you will begin working in a financial center, advising clients on core banking and investment solutions while building and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66; 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66).
- Complete SAFE Act registration and background check; maintain good standing or face immediate termination.
- Receive classroom training and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers.
- Build a network of banking customers, small business owners, and high net‑worth clients.
- Deliver end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, client reviews, and presentations.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Follow a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Must obtain required industry licenses within specified timelines.
- Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with peers.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interest in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
- Background or interest in financial services industry or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Client Experience, Branding, Client Solutions, Advisory.
- Investment Management, Pipeline Management, Referral Management.
- Client Management, Customer and Client Focus, Portfolio Management.
- Prospecting, Referral Identification, Business Acumen.
- Executive Presence, Oral Communications, Risk Management, Trading.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
ScheduleMonday – Friday plus rotating Saturdays; 1st shift (United States of America).
