This full‑time faculty position is on‑campus and in‑person. Texas Christian University is hiring for the position of Instructor in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis in the Neeley School of Business. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2026.

• Teach a range of finance and real estate courses at the undergraduate level.
• Incorporate knowledge of financial decision‑making for businesses, including evaluating financial statements, capital budgeting, cash flow management, and debt and equity valuation.
• Teach real estate finance topics such as real estate markets, investment analysis, and risk‑return considerations in real estate assets.

• Earned master’s degree or doctorate degree in a relevant discipline; the degree should be completed by August 2026.
• Background in real estate finance, investment, and valuation.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching at the college level.
• Professional experience in a business‑related field is preferred.
