Job Description
The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the cashier’s check process for Corporate and Commercial requests received from Treasury Fulfillment and Services. This includes printing or approving a large volume of Cashier’s Checks daily while ensuring dual controls are met. The role requires completing an end‑to‑end print and mail process, coordinating workflow, reviewing and testing procedures, managing record storage, supporting dual custody routines, and performing system testing as needed.
Ongoing process reviews are also performed to identify gaps, risks, and potential improvements, with actions implemented to manage risk and monitor controls.
The candidate is the first point of contact for inquiries from business partners via email or phone. They analyze and determine appropriate handling and resolution of requests, limit risk exposure through consistent testing and observation, and maintain adherence to departmental procedures and protocols.
Additional responsibilities include assigning incoming work, assisting with audit reviews, maintaining service level agreements (SLA’s), gathering statistical information, producing monthly reports, and conducting research to respond to inquiries using various bank systems.
Team support, prioritization, and effective relationship building with business partners and clients are essential. The role requires an organized approach to managing daily activities and handling multiple demands to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.

- Must have 1‑2 years of experience in banking center and/or treasury management services.
- Intermediate proficiency (1‑3 years of experience) in written and verbal communications.
- PC proficiency – experience with all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to identify and manage risk effectively and efficiently.
- Must be self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Possesses strong time management and task prioritization skills with the ability to manage their own time and tasks.
- Previous Cashiers Check experience
- Mainframe, GSS experience
