Compensation Associate, Finance & Banking

A leading alternative asset management firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Compensation team in Fort Worth. This role supports the administration and development of global compensation and equity programs, with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and analytical support for leadership decision‑making. The position offers exposure to complex compensation structures within a sophisticated investment management environment.

• Support compensation and equity program initiatives, including project work and ongoing program administration
• Utilize and maintain equity compensation and performance reporting tools and models
• Build and enhance models, templates, and tools to analyze cash and equity compensation programs; deliver ad hoc analyses in a clear, decision‑ready format
• Support implementation of global equity reward programs in partnership with the broader compensation team
• Maintain, reconcile, and improve compensation data, reporting, and tracking frameworks across cash and equity programs
• Partner with the global compensation team on ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, compensation consulting, or Big 4 transaction services; compensation exposure preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with data systems and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability with ability to interpret large datasets
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence
• High attention to detail in numeric output, reporting, and documentation
• Ability to operate with urgency, composure under pressure, and a professional, positive demeanor
