Title will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, including credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and cash flow projections; conducting comprehensive due diligence covering industry research, competitor analysis, and regulatory environment assessment; staying current on market trends, industry developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting credit markets; assisting in structuring, negotiation, and execution of investment transactions including reviewing legal documents and coordinating with external advisors;

and monitoring the performance of existing portfolio investments.

Additional responsibilities include preparing investment memos, presentations, and materials for investment committee meetings and investor updates; assisting in portfolio risk assessment including credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk; and working closely with legal, compliance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of credit analysis or investment banking and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on alternative investment strategies.
