Position OverviewFull‑time Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch Banking organization, based in Fort Worth, TX at the West Rosedale branch. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Job Description- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial activities.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits to ensure teller and branch ops and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer‑focused: knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs with customer satisfaction in all decisions.
- Managing Risk: assess and manage risks associated with business objectives to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Prior experience not required; university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is not mandatory. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. - Education:
